So, I really, really like this place.  Its at Castro and 20th...which I think is a pretty nice area.  I haven't spent enough time in there so its hard to say.  But, the home itself is gorgeous.  I'm never crazy about the TIC, but we'll check out the open house this weekend and see how it goes!  I'll keep you posted!
