Our offices just recently got a facelift and MAN, it truly makes all the difference! We used to be in a cubicle farm with high walls and a real call-center type environment. There was nothing creative about it. Monday was our first day in our newly renovated space (after 5 months in our temporary digs...dreadful).

Loving it...you can feel the rejuvenated energy and buzz already!

Wow! I want to work there.
I would like to see how this works with people in it. Doesn't it get too noisy? And it will be an interesting challenge to see how neat people can keep themselves.

it is noisy...but its the kind of environment you need for creativity and collaboration. we also gave everyone a giftcard to use towards purchasing headphones to drown out noise when they need it... :)
Iworked for Y&R in NYC a long time ago. But you office looks amazing. I would not mind working there at all...
