sauvignon blanc - I am not much of a wine drinker. In fact, until recently, I really did not have a taste for it at all. But, moving up to SF, and being among wine aficianados and wanna-be sommoliers everywhere I turned, I realized I needed to get on the wine train. Glass after glass with my dinners out, I came to find that my favorite varietal is Sauv Blanc. I like this Nobilo one. It's inexpensive and can be found easily at my local grocery store. Crisp, light, fruity...and yes, I drink it over ice (like the novice that I am...I like it COLD!). In fact, I think I'll open a bottle tonight...to have a glass with leftover pizza!
