Since moving into my new home, I've been thinking about getting a dog. I've been scouring the Milo Foundation website frequently trying to find just the right one. Lots of things to think about: big or small, puppy or full-grown, male or female...and just most importantly, does my lifestyle today invite all the responsibility that having a dog requires...
In any case, as I consider my options, take a look at a few of the beauties that have been tugging at my heart these days:
Lady Gaga (hey, I don't choose the names) is an 8-wk old shepherd terrier mix, female. Will grow to be medium size. Adorable.
Pup1 (name TBD apparently) is a 6-wk old saint bernard boxer mix (cool!), male. Will grow to be medium size. Saint bernard, how cool is that?
Valentine is a 3-yr old husky siberian mix, female. Medium sized. Beautiful.
Tinker is a 10-mos old fox terrier, male. My family dog, Junior, is a white/black fox terrier and is such an awesome dog. This breed has a great disposition. How pretty is the coloring on him? Adore.
And then there's this guy...Kite...cracks me up EVERY time I see his picture...poor kid...:
Hoping to make a decision soon...to adopt or not to adopt...I'll keep you posted...

Valentine! Rescue the older dog, plus you might not have to housebreak her. Although the shepard with blue eyes is gorgeous.
