I am so excited to see the Sex In The City movie. I know, I'm such a girl! But, honestly, that series has had such an impact on women of the world...it made us all feel UNDERSTOOD. Someone else, whether it be Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, or Samantha, felt, acted, behaved, thought, obsessed the way that I do! So many times, I'd be watching an episode and in some way, large or small, I could relate. And it made me feel less crazy or absurd in the things going on in my life...because I wasn't the only one. I'm not quite as over the top, but I'm a woman just like each of them. There are games and quizzes that determine which of the characters you are most like. Me? I feel a bit of each of them within me (yes, even Samantha! ha!). The best and worst parts of me can be seen on tv (and now the big screen) in their antics and their storylines. So, the countdown begins. This weekend. I'm excited. It'll be a sweet reunion of sorts.
