I made a very quick, very inexpensive, very easy, very tasty dinner last night.
1 - tilapia fillet (approx $3), seasoned with lemon juice, pepper, salt, and garlic powder, broiled on each side for 3 minutes.
1 - bag of Uncle Ben's long grain rice ($3), 90 seconds in the microwave
Drizzled with a whisked combination of lemon juice, butter, and dill.
8 minutes and $6 later...a delicious dinner...
