So, I'm starting all over. And the Great House Hunt '09 is officially back on. I am putting it out there: I am going to find the perfect home. Either an adorable little bungalow in the East Bay. Or a hot shot new condo in the city. Period. Done.

(-): The other houses on the street aren't really "kept up". The kitchen is not updated. Just in pictures, it looks a little dark.

I love red doors for some reason. I think the front yard could use some trimming!
The backyard is a nice size. Cute. No grass, though.
The bedrooms are a decent size. And the hardwood floors are original.
Umm...the kitchen needs some work...but nice size
I can't help but feel a little disappointed that I didn't get my first choice home. I have to try and let it go and move on. That said, I'm pretty sure this isn't "the one". Next.
