The Great House Hunt '09 - Part 2...

I like this place.  Its listed on Craigslist as Russian Hill, but its actually Nob Hill on the map.  Still, its got some nice renovations.  The caveat, as is with probably any place I find in the city, is that its a tenant-in-common (TIC)

The front is not that impressive.  No interesting details and no bay windows.  Its San Francisco.  The least a home can have are some bay windows.
The kitchen's a good size and nicely renovated.  Not crazy about the cabinets, but its nice, huh?
like the built ins in this living area.  And do you see the lovely archway off to the right?  Its a small living room, but sweet.
I like the thought of the french doors leading to the bedroom.  In actuality, it doesn't offer much privacy...even though I live alone.  And, of course, there's the downside that its only a 1 bedroom.

Decent location.  Nice upgrades.  Lovely original details.  Good price range.  Nice, very nice.

First. I like that you enabled comments. And second, that house in SF looks awesome. Stay in the city, princess...

that's a gorgeous place. i'm jealous you can find something you can afford in the city! the prices are going down considerably in Los Angeles. maybe I should look into buying too! :)
